Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Exon Solutionz. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Exon Solutionz provides eCommerce and Amazon growth services including but not limited to:

• Amazon Account Management
• PPC Advertising Management
• SEO & Listing Optimization
• Brand Development & Design
• Shopify & WordPress Development
• Social Media Marketing
• Virtual Assistant Services

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to Amazon Seller Central, ad accounts, and other platforms
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Comply with Amazon's terms of service and policies

3. Payment Terms

All fees for services are agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment is due before service commencement
• Monthly retainer fees are due on the agreed billing date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data, strategies, and trade secrets shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative work, designs, copy, and strategies produced by Exon Solutionz for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Exon Solutionz retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Exon Solutionz does not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue targets, ranking positions, or ROAS figures. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, product quality, competition, and Amazon algorithm changes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• All client account access will be returned
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

8. Limitation of Liability

Exon Solutionz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
